The Role:

-As an experienced conveyancer you will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion with support from a team of conveyancing assistants
-You will work within a close knit team
-The caseload is manageable and varied which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced conveyancer
-You must have experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion
-You will be looking to join a forward thinking and modern firm where you can build long lasting relationships
