Experienced Residential Conveyancer required to manage a team at a Greater Manchester law firm

This is a highly specialised residential and commercial conveyancing firm based in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit an experience conveyancer to help manage several teams within the firm. Your new role
The company are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced conveyancer to manage three different teams within the business and assist them with their ongoing cases, whilst also looking to build and develop the teams further. This work covers mostly residential work although does cover commercial work too, dealing with plot sales, enquiries, signing of funds and much more.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to manage three different teams within the business. Ideally, the firm are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of conveyancing experience at a reputable firm. Having management experience is ideal but not essential. Having worked in both residential and commercial conveyancing is ideal.

What you'll get in return
If successful in your application for this role, the firm will offer a highly competitive salary (up to £55,000 depending on experience), along with a good benefits package. The firm have a very flexible hybrid working system, where you will only be expected in the office twice per week. They also have free parking, Christmas office closure + 25 days holiday + a day off for you birthday, and an early finish on Fridays.
