Real Estate/Property Lawyer – high-quality, varied practice - major offshore law firm - Cayman Islands

This multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm has a strong reputation in the Cayman Islands where it is instructed on some of the largest matters in the market. The team has had sustained growth over several years and as its next step, is now looking for a property/real estate expert to take on a broad practice spanning commercial and residential property, development, and related finance work. You will be advising both institutions and private individuals, both on the island and internationally, and will be expected to maintain strong client relationships as well as taking on a key role in winning new business.

You will be admitted in Cayman/Offshore, or in the UK/equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction, and you will need at least 3 years’ PQE (for work permit purposes). You will have strong credentials from a good UK or equivalent offshore/international law firm and will ideally have had some exposure to large development projects.
