Property Paralegal

A great opportunity for a property paralegal looking for a new role!

A South London Council are looking for a property paralegal to join their friendly team. This is a 3-month locum contract and will likely extend into a rolling long term contract.

The property paralegal will work closely with the Residential Property team to assist with their cases. The work will entail:

• Right to Buys
• Residential Lease extensions
• Post-completion matters
• Buy backs and acquisitions
• Loan agreements

The London Council is well situated in South London, close by to transport links both inside and outside of London. The successful property paralegal will need to attend the offices in South London twice a week.

Experience with property law is essential for the role, especially the matters mentioned above. Those from a local authority background are encouraged to apply, but our client will strongly consider those from other backgrounds with a relevant and transferable skill set. This a great opportunity for a property paralegal to develop their skills and experience, and flexible working can be considered. The rate of pay is £25 ph umbrella co which is a highly competitive rate, but there may be some flexibility on this depending on experience.
