Industry renowned Defendant firm with a nationwide presence are looking to further enhance their Large Loss team with the addition of a recently qualified Defendant Large Loss Solicitor.
Acting alongside a Lead Lawyer you will be tasked with managing and assisting on a caseload of complex claims including catastrophic injury, fatal claims, spinal cord and brain injuries, and amputations. You should have demonstrable experience in dealing with all aspects of a Large Loss case, including: liability, indemnity and complex medical issues with a sound knowledge of the CPR.
Ideally you will be a Defendant Large Loss Solicitor with circa 2 years pqe, however all pqe will be considered if Large Loss experience has been gained in the Defendant arena.
