The key responsibilities for the Commercial Lawyer - IP Tech Media (Italian Qualified) vacancy are as follows:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, providing advice on various contract related issues.

• Using new technological solutions you will be given greater responsibility than in a standard private practice firm - taking full ownership of the contracts you work on
• you will work collaboratively as a team and support your team members to operate independently
• You will work as part of a wider team and liaise with the in house department

Profile

The successful candidate for the the Commercial Lawyer - IP Tech Media (Italian Qualified) position will:

• Be an Italian qualified lawyer and have worked in a similar role before (Preferably in the Media space)
• Be aware of the latest technological updates in the field
• Have a proven ability working in a team with strong communication
• Driven towards given the great customer service
• Have a detailed and methodical approach to their work
