Regulatory Paralegal, London – Maternity cover vacancy available for an experience Fitness to Practice Paralegal. Hybrid working.

JOB TITLE: Regulatory Paralegal
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Circa £28,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available at a regulatory organisation within a busy regulatory team. This organisation is welcoming regulatory body, for an experienced Regulatory Paralegal on a 10month fixed term contract. You will be joining a close-knit supportive environment, and will be tasked with handling a small but complex caseload of fitness to practice investigations from complaint to conclusion. Main duties will typically involve interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, analysing evidence, drafting reports and liaising with a variety of stakeholders. You will also be expected to provide support to the team in projects that concern regulations and complaints handling, this role offers exceptional exposure for those building their regulatory career.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from talented paralegals with experience within the healthcare regulatory market, giving a solid understanding of the fitness to practice process. The appointed candidate should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. To be successful in this role, it is essential to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision and have good organisational and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and will have a strong willingness to learn. The chosen candidate must be able to commence at short notice for a period of at least 10 months.
