Description
The successful Commercial Associate Lawyer will be responsible for offering high quality commercial legal advice, you will need to uphold personal compliance levels.
You will be responsible for business development and ensuring that you are offering a profitable contribution to the team.
In the role you will have a focus on data protection, IT and IP work, including all types of commercial contracts.
Profile
The successful Commercial Associate Lawyer will need to be 2-5PQE and have prior commercial experience at a leading firm.
You will need to be motivated and enthusiastic. You will be required to be committed to providing the best advice to the clients.
The successful Commercial Associate will be able to build and maintaining working client relationships and improve brand awareness.
You will need to be an admitted England and Wales Solicitor.
