Head of Legal (UK & Ireland)

This is an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join an innovative International Marketing & Sales company in the North-West and play an integral part in their legal function as their UK Head of Legal.

The business has been established for over 25 years and offer specialist marketing services to globally recognised brands.

This is a newly created role offering the chance to have an impact from the first day in what is a fast paced and agile business.

About the role:

• Review customer contracts and assess the legal, commercial and operational risks to the business
• Drafting new contracts, letters of intent etc
• Liaise with US legal team ensuring consistency in process
• Future opportunities to be directly involved in contract negotiation
• Amending contracts in line with relevant changes in legislation

About you:

• Commercial Solicitor between 2-5 Years PQE
• Previous In-House experience would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate articulately whilst adopting a flexible and consultative approach

• Competitive basic salary of up to £65,000
