This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to gain exposure to high-quality and high-valued transactional work covering Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Insolvency and even some Banking work from time to time. 

The department consists of several partners and you will have the opportunity to work with all of them on all transactions so the work is never dull or repetitive. Transactions vary in size from anything to £1m-£25m and beyond. The firm can boast working opposite large international firms in London so you will always enjoy the very best of work.

This is a very collegiate and successful team. Any single project will consist of several team members, including more than one partner to ensure the client receives the best possible service. This also means you benefit from a sensible work-life balance with everyone pulling together to meet closing deadlines.

• The role is ideally suited to someone with at least 2 years of experience, but ideally 4-8 would be ideal.
