Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor 3 years+ PQE Birmingham

Major national firm seeks to appoint a lawyer to join their market leading healthcare regulatory practice which enjoys a prominent national reputation for the quality and range of its expertise.

The team provides non-contentious advice and support on litigation matters to health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and private sector. This includes Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, complaints and disputes, HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement, education, children law and health and social care advice.

Joining this successful team in Birmingham, you'll be managing a varied caseload of matters which can include advocacy at inquests and working at Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals. You'll demonstrate an interest in developing your expertise in the key sectors of health, social care law and/or education law as well as bringing relevant technical experience in some or all of the areas listed.
