As a result of recent expansion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as an Associate/Senior Associate. The existing client base covers an attractive range and includes quality work from various sectors. You'll be advising in relation to all aspects of company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, and investor/shareholders’ agreements.
