SALARY:          up to £60,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
The successful Catastrophic Injury Lawyer will manage cases over a million pounds autonomously and as part of a team who are leaders in the field. Therefore, the firm needs a Lawyer with proven experience working on files at this level. You will run a mixed caseload of serious/catastrophic injury claims, including severe brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputation claims. The appointed Catastrophic Injury Lawyer will liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, always offering a sensitive and professional approach. You will be a play a crucial role in developing the team and continuing the success of the firm with your legal expertise.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to candidates with 8 + years’ PQE and extensive experience in personal injury matters, ideally in catastrophic cases. This opportunity is ideal for an existing Personal Injury Lawyer looking to join a reputable firm and independently run multi-track cases as part of their busy caseload. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines to ensure we are providing the best level of service to the client. Previous management experience is desired as you will be expected to supervise junior members of the team with systems and processes to ensure they run smoothly.
