In-House Planning Lawyer

I am working for a large utility who is looking to hire an in-house planning lawyer with infrastructure experience to join their team.  It is envisaged that the incoming lawyer will have experience of working on major infrastructure projects and will therefore have extensive knowledge of DCOs.  However, consideration will be given to general planning lawyers looking to expand into this sector.  The role is located in Sussex, but the client can offer a degree of flexibility to suit those out of area.  This is an exciting opportunity to work on several projects that are likely to provide a significant benefit to the region over the coming years.  The salary and benefits for this position are excellent and exceed regional private practice.  For a confidential conversation about this role or the planning market in general please contact Stuart Phillips
