Senior Construction Associate

A highly regarded, Legal 500 law firm are searching for a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate to join their growing team in Birmingham.

Here you can expect to work on:

• Advise on a mix of development/infrastructure projects
• Real estate and corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance
• Support on large scale transactions
• Supervise junior members of the team

This opening presents a great opportunity to work alongside experts in the field for some big household names and be supported with a clear career path.

Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor in England or Wales with 4+ PQE
• Strong background in non contentious work would be ideal but training on job is offered.
• The individual should be keen to carve a career in non contentious work
• You can offer exceptional client service to the people you will be dealing with.
