JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will become a vital part of this top tier Real Estate team working on high profile regional and national projects. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex matters, including large scale property development, urban regeneration and self-invested pension schemes. You will gain exposure to a varied range of clients from the private and public sector including well known national developers, healthcare organisations, investors and local government.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have demonstrable experience in Commercial Property gained within a leading regional or national law firm and have a proven track record handling a range of commercial property matters. You will be proactive in your involvement with business development initiatives, keen to promote your firm’s image both in and out of the workplace.
