We have an exciting opening for an ambitious Commercial or Property Litigation Solicitor to join an award winning team in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
This highly reputable and Legal 500 recognized Property Litigation specialist practice operates from modern commercial offices and has a rare opportunity, open to an ambitious Litigation Solicitor from a Commercial or Property Litigation background.
The firm manages a variety of Property matters, both residential and commercial, specialising in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts. The team of solicitors deals with technical matters from start to finish, often breaking new ground in case law, and is ably assisted with full paralegal/assistant support.
The team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Commercial Litigator with a broader range of experience. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team that has gone from strength to strength over recent years due to its high quality work and high level of client service and will be offered all the support you may need in getting fully up to speed.
A strong willed, confident and articulate Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2+ years’ PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must for this challenging role. If you're a technically strong Litigation Solicitor with a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures you are also encouraged to apply.
The Litigation team takes great pride in its technical acumen and is truly close knit. You'll be fully supported by Senior team members and heads of department to reach your full potential and further your career longer term.
