Residential Property Solicitor, London, West End

Our longstanding client is a highly regarded commercial practice in the heart of the West End. They're looking for a commercially-minded, dynamic residential property solicitor to join a thriving, and extremely busy, team.

We've placed several people with this firm over the years, mainly in this very residential property department, and feedback has always been excellent. They offer a supportive, modern environment and are open to hybrid working. It's a great place to work.

Candidate profile:

• Probably around 4yrs PQE in residential property, ideally gained in a London practice
• Ideally with experience in a similar environment i.e. conveyancing on behalf of HNW residential property clients
• Interest in business development e.g. liaising with agents and other potential residential  property work providers
• Strong academic background

The residential property team is one in which lawyers are given genuine responsibility and the chance to progress. Success is always rewarded, irrespective of PQE; this is a genuine meritocracy.

Any contacts with agents and other providers in the conveyancing market would be welcome, but this is not essential by any means.

This role represents a great opportunity for a residential property solicitor looking for good quality central London conveyancing work in an excellent location and friendly atmosphere.
