I have been instructed by a well-established, highly regarded firm based in a beautiful office in Cheltenham. As a firm they cover a range of personal and business sectors but this role is specifically within the Corporate/ Commercial team.

The team is comprised of one director, one trainee and a paralegal. The team deal with a wide range of Corporate/

Commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions , shareholder agreements, contract terms and conditions, corporate governance, data protection and more.

The team are looking to grow the team with a junior solicitor of NQ - 3 PQE with solid experience within Corporate/ Commercial matters.

This firm are known for progression, with many of the equity partners having started as trainees with the firm and progressed up to partner level. This opportunity brings with it the unique opportunity of working one to one with a highly experienced solicitor.
