Disease Solicitor, Leeds

Our client, a leading Legal 500 firm is recruiting for an experienced Solicitor within its Disease team, dealing with higher value and complex claims as well as supervising more junior fee earners. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to excellent quality work working with household name Insurer and Corporate clients in a technically challenging environment.

You will have previous experience of dealing with a caseload of disease claims, both pre-litigated and litigated claims either as a claimant or defendant. You will be able to conduct investigations and comply with procedural aspects to ensure efficient progress of the case.

The successful applicant will have an interest in working in a team dedicated to providing quality technical advice and the ability to work with others. Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills are essential for this role as is an ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and prioritise your workload.
