The Role:
-You will be handling a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters acting for a variety of clients
- Emphasis on NHS claims
Requirements:
-0-5 PQE Solicitor/Associate
- Experience handling clinical negligence matters from a defendant or claimant perspective is desired although experienced litigation solicitors with a keen interest in healthcare looking to retrain will be considered
-Strong technical and organisational skills to ensure a pragmatic and methodical approach
-A demonstrable ability to adopt a commercial perspective
-Team oriented and collegiate
