The Role

- Opportunity to pick up a varied caseload covering all aspects of financial remedy
- Private paying caseload
- The caseload will include- financial remedy in divorce, asset protection, divorce and child cases, mediations & arbitrations
- Working alongside a well known Partner
- The client base does include high net worth individuals

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Family solicitor 3 PQE+
- Confident handling financial matters and settlements
- Have experience working on complex trusts cases, and overseas dealings or a willingness to learn in this area
- Strong commitment to client care and able to work well in a team
