Our client is a leading television company delivering high quality content on multiple platforms globally.
We are looking to recruit a Business Affairs Manager to be a key member of the Non-Scripted Business Affairs team to negotiate and draft agreements with third parties (e.g. talent, contributors, suppliers, broadcasters etc.).
Reporting to the Head of Business Affairs and Senior Business Affairs Manager (Non-Scripted), the successful candidate will support a diverse range of productions. They will work closely with the production teams throughout the creative process, from development through to delivery.
You will be a qualified lawyer or business affairs manager with experience of complex negotiations in a television production or broadcasting environment. You will be a skillful drafter with sound understanding of underlying legislation and commercial parameters and strong attention to detail.
You will have solid intellectual property rights and data protection knowledge and experience.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with an ability to foster strong relationships. You will be able to multitask and define priorities, resolving problems under pressure, making rapid accurate assessments and identifying crucial issues.
