Project Finance Associate - Leading Global Law Firm

We are currently seeking a motivated mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience to join our client, a leading global law firm's Project Finance team.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions in various industries, including energy, infrastructure, and mining.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a top tier law firm in a common law jurisdiction, you will have a strong academic record, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and experience in project finance transactions, including bank debt, bond issuances, and Islamic finance structures. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, be commercially aware, and have excellent communication skills.
