Commercial Contracts Senior Associate - Hertfordshire

Leading Hertfordshire firm who are recognised in L500 and Chambers have a new opportunity for a commercial contracts solicitor to join their ambitious and successful corporate and commercial department.

This is a stand alone role and you will be involved in all aspects of commercial contracts work across multiple sectors. Responsibilities will include drafting, advising and reviewing commercial contracts including franchise agreements, supply terms, distribution, agency, e-commerce and software as a service agreements.

The firm have an impressive client base and mainly deal with medium-sized owner-managed businesses but also with some large organisations including a national pharmaceutical company and banks.

This is a key appointment for the firm and you will be given full support and autonomy to grow the practice, access to an extensive client base and clear path to partnership.
