£39,572 - 52,291 per annumHybrid WorkingA Childcare Lawyer is required to join a large alternative business structure on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.
As a childcare lawyer your duties will include;
- Undertaking a caseload of public care proceedings on behalf of one local authority
- Conducting advocacy is encouraged but you will receive training and support with this should you lack in experience in this area. Our client also has in-house barristers who can undertake the more complex advocacy and allow you time to focus on your cases
- You will be exposed to a real range of public care cases which will allow you to develop and grow as an experienced childcare lawyer. This firm is a progressive and organic organisation which will take time to invest in you and develop throughout the organisation.
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to choose to work from 1 of 3 offices of your choice once per week - Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire.
