JOB TITLE: Corporate & Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3 years’
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Market Rate DOE + Benefits + Bonus Scheme

THE ROLE:
The successful Corporate and Commercial Property Solicitor will be heading up the Corporate and Commercial Property team based in Essex working alongside a capable 1-year PQE solicitor and a trainee solicitor. You will have responsibility for a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial property matters, including asset and share sales and purchases and some shareholder agreements. You will be working with the Head of Department to help build on local relationships and business development. This is being offered on a full or part-time basis with flexible/agile working available.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Corporate and Commercial Property Solicitor will be 3+ years’ PQE and possess a sound understanding of corporate and commercial property sales and purchases and corporate law in the context of acquisitions. Some experience of shareholder agreements and residential property would be useful. You will have excellent business development skills, be highly driven and motivated with a positive outlook and a friendly and caring attitude.
