A European Asset Manager well-known for its collegiate and flexible employer brand is looking for a Legal Officer to join the team based in Luxembourg.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing asset manager who have done exceptionally well and are looking to further expand in the next few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
The day to day responsibilities will include:
- Creation of Investment Funds
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation associated with investment funds
- Taking responsibility of filings with the CSSF from conception to final approval
- Supporting other teams with annual fund maintenance
Key Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience gained in the investment fund management sector
- A good knowledge in Luxembourg Corporate Law
- An ability to speak French and/or Italian would be desired
