Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2 + PQE, Cheltenham

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading firm based in Cheltenham.

Within this firm, the litigation department is expanding and so they are interested in hearing from Commercial Litigation Solicitors ideally 2-5 PQE.

Within this role you would be responsible for a broad commercial litigation case load advising SME's, OMB's and some household named clients. Some examples of typical matters would be partnership disputes, breach of contracts, warranty claims, insolvency matters, unfair prejudice actions and more. Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
