A top international law firm is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join the growing office on a permanent basis, this role will be situated within stunning offices in the centre of Liverpool.  The successful Graduate Recruitment / Early Careers Assistant will be responsible for providing first class excellent support and client service to the Early Talent team on all aspects of apprentice and trainee attraction activity, recruitment and pastoral care of early talent throughout their seat rotations.  The role will pay up to £25,000 plus excellent benefits and agile working, which will be 4 days a week in the office, 1 from home.

Responsibilities will include supporting Early Talent Advisor for the planning and execution of attraction events with schools and university campuses as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives, coordinating the Open Days and First Year Insight schemes for prospective applicants, which are based in London, supporting the creation and updating of content on social networking sites relating to early talent: apprentice and graduate pages on the firm website, LinkedIn, Instagram etc., screening applications and inviting candidates to assessment stages, scheduling and coordinating the logistics of assessment centres and interviews, being responsible for the onboarding administration and offer paperwork etc, being responsible for the onboarding administration of the trainee programme; offer paperwork etc., supporting the trainee appraisal process, meeting trainees on a regular basis for check ins, the attendance at recruitment, summer vacation and trainee events e.g. training sessions, inductions and social events and taking ownership for all Early Talent recruitment and development related administration and accurate updating of systems.

The successful Graduate Recruitment Assistant must have a keen interest in working within a legal graduate recruitment team, excellent administrative and Microsoft office skills and an excellent team player.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a generous salary on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.
