INVESTMENT FUNDS / CORPORATE LAWYER 2-3 PQE

This major offshore law firm has developed an award-winning funds practice which continues to receive excellent instructions globally. As a result, they are looking to hire a common law qualified lawyer with either existing funds experience or the ambition to be become a funds lawyer. You will have at least two years of private practice experience gained in well regarded corporate or funds practice.

If you are a corporate lawyer interested in moving into the funds space his is an excellent opportunity to make the switch!

The focus of the role will be on fund formation, which will involve advice on fund structuring, preparing fund documentation, negotiating fund documentation with investors, and co-ordinating fund closings when applicable. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of fund clients from leading asset managers and fund promoters to start-up ventures. Their investor clients include sophisticated investors of all types, including leading financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and pension funds.
