Commercial Litigation Solicitor 4+ Years PQE KENT

Well-regarded commercial law firm in Kent is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigator who wishes to join a leading regional Dispute Resolution team and develop their career working alongside the Head of Department and other partners together with an extended team across the firms’ office locations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload as well as assisting the partners on more complex and higher value matters. The department handles a broad range of litigation work including: • director disputes • commercial contract disputes • insolvency litigation • construction • property litigation • and, contested probate.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work and possess the ability to deliver high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. You will also have the desire to involve yourself in the business development and marketing activities of the department.
