JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3 years’

SALARY: £Market Rate DOE + Benefits + Bonus Scheme

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join the established team in Ipswich and deal with a full and varied caseload of corporate and commercial property matters within a supportive team. As the appointed Solicitor you will be handling a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial property matters including shareholder agreements, commercial property transactions, asset and share sales and purchases along with some shareholder agreements. You will be working with the Head of Department to help build on local relationships and business development. Opportunities for individuals to be considered on a full time / part time basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will be 3+ years’ PQE and possess a sound understanding of corporate and commercial property sales and purchases and corporate law in the context of acquisitions. Some experience of shareholder agreements and residential property would be useful. You will have excellent business development skills, be highly driven and motivated with a positive outlook and a friendly and caring attitude.
