JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Paralegal
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £20,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The ideal Property Litigation Paralegal should have dispute resolution experience to include drafting and preparing claims, attending court, adverse possession applications and section 25 notices together with experience in relation to landlord and tenant.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a paralegal/legal assistant with a strong background in property litigation and possess a driven and self-motivated attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be dedicated to delivering excellent client care whilst developing and maintaining client relationships.
