Residential Property Legal Executive - Northampton

We are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in the Northamptonshire region, who are recruiting for a Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate must be a Licensed Conveyancer and have at least 3+ PQE experience dealing with the full conveyancing process including purchases and sales, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, new build, equity releases and transfer of equity. You must also have proven experience working in a managerial position. This is a full-time role.

The job role involves a fee earning position but also training and supervising staff.
