• You will be walking into an existing caseload and will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• The role will be varied and cover all types of commercial property and not your usual run of the mill property transactions.
• You will be working on a variety of property matters including development, landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases, along with some high net worth work.
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters.
