THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will join a busy team handling general residential property transaction matters for individuals and companies including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new build properties, help-to-buy and equity release mortgages. You will work closely with agents and other solicitors so the matters proceeds as smoothly as possible.

REQUIREMENTS

* You will be a Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE
* Experience gained at a practice with a relevant property track record
* Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
* Willingness to assist with business development
