Commercial Property Solicitor - Maternity Cover

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a well-established Law Firm in the Lancashire area where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis for a Maternity cover.

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a range of Commercial Property matters to including acquisition and disposal of freehold / leasehold commercial premises, new Leases and Lease Extensions, Option Agreements and small business sales and purchases.

Candidates should preferably have at least 3 years' experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive, experience handling a varied property caseload and the ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy team.

The successful candidate will benefit from secretarial support, a competitive salary and hybrid working would be considered.
