A global law firm, considered to be the most prestigious and influential in the UK is hiring a Business Development & Marketing Senior Coordinator. The firm has a long history of advising major corporations, financial institutions, and governments on complex legal matters. This role will provide support in the execution of the business development and marketing plans across the Disputes division.

The main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the entire pitch management process from start to finish
• Collaborating with the BDM team to ensure that the company's credentials are up-to-date and accurate
• Creating marketing materials and providing instructions/notes to clients, while also ensuring that all marketing content is maintained properly
• Managing the submission process for UK directories and awards
• Supporting the planning and execution of client events such as mailings, seminars, roundtables, and conferences in coordination with Professional Support Lawyers and other teams
• Establishing strong relationships with the practice and other business teams to evaluate the quality, consistency, and punctuality of work delivery

Key skills and experience required:

• Preference will be given to candidates with some experience in business development/marketing within a law firm or professional services firm, which may have been obtained while studying or during an internship
• Candidates should ideally have a degree in marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in using computers and IT is essential
• Strong project management skills are required
