This full service commercial law firm enjoy a diverse practice, acting for clients domestically and internationally across the aviation, technology, charities and non-profit, media, energy, telecommunications, financial services, sports, creative industries, retail, and healthcare sectors.

The commercial litigation team in London is led by partners considered to be experts and leaders in the field, acting for boards, accountants, directors, restructuring firms, shareholders, private equity firms, suppliers, CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs, sports personalities, and partnerships.

The successful commercial litigation associate joining this highly reputable commercial litigation team will undertake a broad workload, which will include:

- Shareholder disputes
- Banking and finance disputes
- Regulatory disputes
- Civil fraud and asset tracing
- Professional negligence
- Contract disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Joint venture disputes
- Directors disputes
- Insolvency disputes
- Injunctions

This position is ideally suited to candidates between one and five years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background
- Training and qualified experience in commercial litigation gained with a reputable national practice
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship management
