Corporate Commercial Solicitor

We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious corporate commercial solicitor to join our regional law firm and take on a senior role in the development of our corporate commercial department. This individual will be responsible for taking the lead in developing the department, building the team and managing the associated budget. The corporate commercial solicitor will be expected to identify and implement strategies for growth, as well as responding to client demands. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of legal service delivery and providing technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in corporate commercial law, as well as strong interpersonal and business development skills. They will possess a demonstrable track record of success in leading a team in a corporate commercial environment, and will be comfortable with developing strategies and making decisions.
