Description
As a corporate knowledge lawyer you will be expected to partner with the corporate partners providing training and development to all members of the team, keeping precedents up to date and helping with business development.
Profile
This is an exciting and unique opportunity as this is the first hire into the firms knowledge function, due to this it is essential you have previously worked as a corporate knowledge lawyer. Having a solid understanding of private corporate M&A transactions is also a requirement for the role.
