We are partnering with a Global organisation who are currently seeking to recruit for a Solicitor within their In-House Employment Law team. The opportunity is based in the Northampton region and the client offers excellent hybrid working arrangements (flexible on the number of days office based).

The role will include providing employment law advice on a variety of issues including TUPE, discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries and contractual disputes, as well as working on employment tribunal cases. You'll work closely with HR team to take a lead on the most complex cases.

Candidate Requirements

• UK Qualified Solicitor between 2 - 8 years (more junior candidates with good pre-qualification experience would be considered) either with an In-House or Private Practice background.
• Experience in a broad range of employment law matters with extensive contract review and case advisory experience.
• Ideally have handled TUPE, discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries and contractual disputes.
• Ideally have exposure in employment tribunal cases.
• Have a commercial outlook who understands business needs with a strong work ethic and be highly motivated.
• Excellent planning, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight time schedules.

Salary at £48,000 - £52,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, hybrid flexible working
