TIER 1 EMPLOYMENT TEAM

This outstanding tier 1 ranked employment team is looking to grow. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor 3-6 PQE to join the award-winning team.

Within this role you would enjoy a mixed case load of contentious and non-contentious matters advising both claimants and defendants. Some examples include advising clients on tribunal claims, providing advocacy when necessary, acting on intricate discrimination and whistleblowing matters, dealing with corporate transactions in relation to due diligence, advising on consultation exercise, transaction documents, HR support to businesses on internal processes and strategic employment matters. Most matters are high value and complex. You would also enjoy the benefits of cross team working.

The ideal candidate will have strong, wide reaching employment experience, will be a team player with impressive commercial awareness. Experience in, or a willingness to be involved in business development is essential.
