PQE: 2+ years’

THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be tasked with acting on behalf of a variety of clients in all aspects of commercial property, including the grant and renewal of commercial leases, the purchase and sale of investment properties and commercial and residential property subject to occupational leases, commercial landlord and tenant work as well as the management of commercial property.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be 2+ years’ PQE and possess a sound understanding of commercial property law and will ideally have experience in commercial lending. This is a full and varied role so a strong and proven background of handling a range of commercial property matters is essential. You must have strong technical and client management skills, be personable, compassionate and confident.
