Top 50 UK firm seeks a talented Shipping Lawyer to join their highly rated Shipping and International Trade Team.
The L500 rated team provides specialist advice for ship owners, charterers, P&I and Defence Clubs, international traders, freight forwarders, marine insurers, brokers and inspection companies.
The team has wide experience of acting in complex, high value multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes for UK and international clients in all major jurisdictions.
The firm is looking for an Associate with circa 2 years+ PQE. You may be with a major City practice or a national and regional firm, in industry or local government and whilst shipping experience is advantageous, individuals with construction, planning and commercial expertise have all flourished in this specialised, high performing practice.
The firm encourages flexibility in terms of home working and office time and can accommodate various preferences. You are likely to have some interest in spending some of your time in the Suffolk or Essex region.
