A leading commercial firm is looking to add a Real Estate Partner or Director to its highly successful Real Estate Team. This individual is needed on a full-time, permanent basis at either the Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
The Role
The following responsibilities fall under the remit of the Real Estate Partner:
- Working with various parties including banks, developers, institutional funders, renewables, property companies, as well as retail and leisure.
- Actively shaping the strategic growth of the department in Scotland.
The Ideal Candidate
The most suitable candidates for this role will have the following profile:
- Partner level Real Estate Lawyers with at least 10 years’ PQE are encouraged to apply.
- Capable of playing a role in the strategic growth of the department in Scotland.
- Comfortable working with a varied array of clients across numerous sectors.
