QED Legal are currently working closely with a top ranked Vault who are actively seeking to bolster their New York Banking department with the hire of a mid level (3-5PQE) associate in their nationally ranked Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant restructuring work experience, including experience with corporate debt restructurings. Candidates must be experienced also with bankruptcy maters on the creditor side, as well as with distressed finance on the lending side.
