THE FIRM
A successful and fast growing mid size City based Law Firm with an enviable client base seeks to appoint a Solicitor
2 - 6 PQE to handle an IP/IT and commercial workload.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ranked IP/IT and commercial team handling a broad spread of work
The work will primarily be non-contentious. The ideal candidate will have at least 32PQE in a recognised IP/commercial team or in-house department.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of IP/IT matters, software contracts, e commerce and data protection work with excellent drafting skills, a pragmatic and commercial approach and enthusiasm for business development.
