Part time Planning Law Locum

Sellick Partnership are currently engaged to recruit an experienced planning lawyer on behalf of our public sector client. This role will provide assistance to the existing team during a permanent recruitment campaign and will run until a new permanent team member is on boarded.

Duties will include:

• Section 106 agreements
• Unilateral undertaking
• Certificates of lawfulness of existing use
• General planning law advice

The role will also require monthly attendance and representation at planning committees.

This is a part time position however the client is open to considering full time hours for the right candidate.

We are looking for an experienced planning lawyer as this role will have minimal supervision.
